Religion and Belief Inclusion
in the workplace

Including faith to build better workplaces and better experiences for customers

How we can help

Faith is an integral part of who a person is and shapes their world view.

We ask people to bring their whole selves to work, but many people of faith feel a pressure to hide their faith during the working day

Whilst not always widely reported, anti religion prejudice is widespread in the UK, especially Antisemitism and Islamophobia.

Society is quick to judge and condemn people of faith, without giving a chance to explain and religious requirements are not always considered in workplaces.

Simple accommodations enable people to feel supported to live their faith in the workplace

Religious accommodations help both your staff and your customers

RI Partners will help your organisation to realise the benefits of Faith and Belief Inclusion

Jag Jethwa

My faith is Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism).

I moved to the UK when I was 6 years old, at home my family observed the teachings of Sanatan Dharma.

Having grown up in a Multifaith community,  I was interested in learning about all Religious and non-religious beliefs.

I have taken an interest in all Faiths. I look for what is common in all beliefs.

Being part of a group promoting Faith at Work allows me to learn more and speak freely about Faith. "
